Community Association Manager Needed!

Our office is growing and we are Seeking a Professional Community Association Manager for our Property Management Office in Claremont, CA. Compensation starts at $5,000 month, depending on experience. Employee Health insurance offered after a 3-month probation period. Paid vacation and sick time.

The position requires you to manage multiple homeowner association accounts such as, condominiums, PUD’s, single family homes, in accordance of each community’s governing documents and budget. The manager is required to handle all maintenance issues and homeowner concerns by telephone and email, perform on-site property inspections and attend board meetings.

The following are some qualifications:

Preferred 3 years property management experience

Must have experience in HOA portfolio management

Appfolio and/or Yardi software experience (not required but preferred)

Must be able to multi-task

Must have computer knowledge, typing skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/Emails

Must have time-management skills

Must have organizational skills

Must have good communication skills

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Must provide own transportation- Mileage is reimbursed per IRS Standard Mileage Rates which will be offset by gas purchases made on the company card

Flexibility to attend evening Board Meetings

Availability for rotating 24 hour emergency on-call pager
