What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Wheeling Animal Hospital and Pet Resort?
Wheeling Animal Hospital is looking for a Hospital Receptionist. We are a busy practice that treats cats dogs and exotic pets. We are looking for a motivated person with excellent client service skills.
Duties include (but not limited to):
*Scheduling appointments
*Handling cash, check and credit card transactions
*Filing
*Data entry
*Taking and directing client phone calls
We are looking for some one with at least a year of customer service experience (preferably in a veterinary or animal related setting).
Applicants must be able to work week day evenings and Saturdays. Compensation based on experience. Health, Dental, vision, pet related benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, and uniform reimbursement available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
