Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
- High school education or equivalent.
- AED/CPR Certified within 90 days of hire.
- Greets each member and guest promptly, enthusiastically upon arrival and departure.
- Assures that all members follow the check in procedure and have an active membership.
- Answers phones promptly in a professional and courteous manner; takes messages as appropriate.
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
- Follows proper opening and closing procedures.
- Processes concession sales.
- Cleans and maintains the front desk.
- Reports maintenance issues appropriately and timely.

- Cognizant of environmental factors, infection control issues to maintain a clean safe and functional work environment.
