Role Overview
As a Revenue Analyst at Wheels Up, you will play a key role in maximizing revenue and optimizing demand through strategic pricing and yield management. You will analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement revenue initiatives to boost demand hours, maximize aircraft utilization, and support go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Forecasting, Data Science, Sales, and FP&A, ensuring that pricing strategies are data-driven, market-aligned, and effectively executed.
Responsibilities
- Set, adjust, and monitor pricing across the network daily
- Translate business analytics into actionable insights to drive performance
- Collaborate with Scheduling and Network Planning to align pricing with capacity opportunities across each distribution channel
- Assist in developing and launching GTM pricing strategies and partner with Operations to deploy and measure new initiatives
- Track and analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments
- Use data-driven approaches to inform pricing decisions that enhance both operational efficiency and utilization
- Work with Marketing and Sales Planning to align promotional strategies and pricing, ensuring consistency and clear execution
- Partner with Engineering teams to enhance systems and processes across the Revenue Management tool kit
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Revenue Management, Aviation Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in spreadsheet software, including pivot tables, and database management
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey data insights and strategies to audiences across all levels of the company
- Excellent time management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, airline management, or Part 135 operations preferred

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $100,000. The wage is determined on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
