Overview
A premier Structured Finance & Structured Private Credit practice is seeking a 3rd–4th year associate to join its New York team. While New York is the primary hiring market, the group is open to candidates in any U.S. office, reflecting its fully integrated, national platform.
This role is ideal for an associate who wants deep exposure to sophisticated securitization and structured credit transactions while working closely with both corporate clients and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent corporate clients and financial institutions in securitization and structured finance transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for a wide range of structured credit products.
- Support structured private credit transactions and related financings.
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates to manage transactions from structuring through closing.
- Interact directly with clients and opposing counsel as part of deal execution.
- Contribute across a variety of asset classes and transaction types within securitization and structured finance.
Top Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, secured lending, or capital markets.
- Strong interest in representing corporate clients and/or financial institutions in structured transactions.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-expectation environment.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Salary : $260,000 - $310,000
