Responsibilities include processing orders, quoting prices, entering orders into the system, and providing order information to customers. The role involves pulling orders as required, communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policy information, demonstrating knowledge of products and their applications by providing technical advice, troubleshooting, and helping resolve customers’ problems. The associate also upsells by identifying related products, add-on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions. Other duties may be assigned. Preferred qualifications include demonstrated success in providing excellent customer service, experience with sales order computer software (preferably Oracle), knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
