At White Glove Interior Care, our Custodial Service Technicians are strategically working collaboratively with our Mission and Values and directly with current clients. The Custodial Service Technician position will clearly demonstrate how White Glove transforms ordinary service to extraordinary service!

Duties for the Custodial Service Technician Team include, but are not limited to:        

• Demonstrate care to our clients                                                                                                     
• Elevate the conversation to identify clients' concerns about their facility                                
• Use our system and procedures to obtain extraordinary quality outcome every time          
• Cleaning and sanitizing lobbies, restrooms, vacuuming, and washing windows                         
• Maintain custodial closets and ensure that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked
• Assists in identifying safety hazards, reports deficiencies to Team Leader or Director of Operations
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Quaifications

Desired skills and experiences include but are not limited to:                                                            

• Knowledge of safety hazards, proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions       
• Be willing to learn new techniques, detail oriented                                                                      
• Be a team player and have great communication skills     
• Be High energy, motivated, and solution-driven team player is critical                                                          
• Work evenings and Saturdays                                                                                                                                   
• Prolonged periods standing, be able to bend, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• Required attendance at virtual weekly Team Meetings            
• High school diploma or equivalent                                                                                                 
• Must pass a background check                                                                                                          

Salary : $10 - $11
