Description
Whitebirch Inc. is hiring for a Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for administering pay, benefits and leave policies. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. This includes recruiting, hiring and onboarding staff. This is a full time year round position and includes a competitive benefits package with medical, dental, vision and paid time off with holiday pay.

Requirements
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Ability to solve problems where work is defined with established instructions and processes.
- Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules procedures and code of conduct.

- Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.

- Liaison with General Manager and Department Managers.
- Must have strong knowledge of excel, computers and payroll/HR management systems.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsiblities.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Maintain HR system and processes.
- Provide support and guidance to staff
