- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of IT-related agreements, including sourcing, shared services, and technology contracts.
- Provide legal guidance on data privacy and security matters, including reviewing and advising on contract terms related to these areas.
- Support general corporate and corporate finance transactions with a focus on technology-related issues.
- Stay current on emerging IT trends and legal developments, including artificial intelligence and data protection regulations.
- 2 - 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements, including hardware and software licensing, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, and vendor/service contracts.
- Background in the IT sector is required, with a strong interest in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
- Experience working with publicly traded companies is a plus.
