Job Function

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, MAs, etc.) who are seeking temporary work opportunities.
• Conduct interviews and screenings to ensure candidates meet client needs and qualifications.
• Coordinate every step of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to successful candidate placement.
• Work closely with credentialing and compliance teams to ensure all candidates are onboarded and meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with temporary staff, managing payroll, attendance, and benefits.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise during assignments, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients.
