- Review quarterly valuations, performance, and projections of private funds, as well as annual business plans for private fund investments.
- Maintain private fund models in accordance with the LP Agreement (LPA).
- Prepare monthly reports, including liquidity requirements and foreign exchange analysis, and present updates to senior management.
- Support the development and implementation of scalable technology solutions to enhance workflows across private real estate funds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into functional technology enhancements.
- Perform and manage ad hoc projects, analyses, and reporting as required by senior management or other groups.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2-4 years of Finance experience within Private Equity.
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI, Anaplan, etc. experience a plus.
