- Evening Shift.
- 5x8: 2pm - 10pm.
- Plan and manage patient care based on individual needs.
- Interview patients and document their medical history and physical condition.
- Obtain and monitor vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provide routine care, observe patients’ health, and assist with comfort measures.
- Support physicians and registered nurses with procedures and prepare specimens for lab couriers.
- Completion of a state-approved LPN program.
- Current LPN license in the state of New York.
- 2 years of LPN experience is required.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care (LTC) facility is required.
