- Oversee daily office operations, including equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Coordinate IT and office setup for new hires and manage software licenses and renewals.
- Act as primary liaison with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Track local office expenses to ensure budget compliance.
- Support tax and assurance processes by assembling returns, monitoring projects, and handling sensitive documents.
- Supervise and evaluate administrative staff performance and development.
- Coordinate administrative team schedules, time-off, and workflow across departments.
- 5 years experience (public accounting firm experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration with a concentration in Management or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
