- Night Shift.
- 3x12: 7pm - 7:30am.
- Prepare, administer (orally, subcutaneously, intravenously), and document prescribed medications.
- Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments according to nursing policies.
- Educate patients on surgical procedures and record their medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, adjust, and interpret specialized patient equipment and electronic displays.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of New York.
- 2 years acute Med/Surg RN experience required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- At least 1 year of current experience with telemetry patients.
- Experience with critical drip management and CVA care is a plus.
- NIH Stroke Certification required.
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required.
