Who we are: We’re the West Michigan Whitecaps, Class High-A Minor League affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. The Whitecaps are in the FUN business and our mission is to provide affordable family entertainment that strengthens the West Michigan community. What you’ll do: You’ll be on the front lines of the Food Crew operation at the ballpark! You may be a cashier, server, vending, work on our concourse or may help more in the back as a prep or a griller. Whatever the position, what you’re doing will be crucial to the success of the team -- and you’ll have a lot of fun doing it.
What you need: Terrific customer service, excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for sharing your excitement for the Whitecaps brand. The ability to multitask, organize, and adjust to change quickly. Some positions may have preferred prior experience, but our training program will set you up for success no matter your experience! Flexibility, since every day here is different. You’ll need a willingness to work a lot of nights, holidays and weekends.
