We are currently seeking a Field Services Coordinator to join our team in our Buffalo NY office location. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly communicative professional to support daily field operations and serve as a key liaison between our staff, clients, and contractors.

Position Summary

The Field Services Coordinator will play a critical role in planning and dispatching field personnel for site inspections, construction observation, and materials testing services. This person will communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and field staff to ensure timely, efficient, and professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field assignments for technicians and inspectors across active projects;
• Communicate daily with clients and contractors regarding site access, job requirements, and timing;
• Manage calendar logistics in real time;
• Respond to inquiries from clients, team members, and external partners in a timely, professional manner;
• Maintain detailed documentation related to projects, service requests, and field reports;
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to prioritize urgent or time-sensitive tasks, and
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the ongoing projects.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Previous experience in a customer service, dispatcher, and/or coordination role, ideally in an office or technical setting;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Detail-oriented with a high level of reliability and follow-through, and
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in construction, engineering, or field services industries;
• Familiarity with field reporting tools or project scheduling systems, and
• Prior experience dispatching or coordinating mobile field teams.
