- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, demonstrations, and practices.
- Safety and quality conscious.
- Ability to efficiently perform manual operations.
- Time Management skills.
- Ability to lift to lift 50 – 75 pounds frequently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of Whitlam Group Recycling program (in-house training).
- Understanding of proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals (in-house training).

- DUTIES AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Empty trash (which may weigh up to 75 lbs.) in all Manufacturing Areas and maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
- Handle materials, tools and equipment with proper care and respect.
- Lift boxes that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Sweep, mop, and spot clean floors, walls, etc. in Manufacturing areas in accordance
- Empty Recycle bins in plant and office areas.
- Empty paper shredder.
- Maintain Recycle gaylord area and notify supervisor when pick up is required.
- Sweep/Clean-up around employee entrances.
- Empty Rag cans daily per outlined procedures.
- Comply with all pertinent departmental and company policies, procedures and instructions.
- Perform any other duties as required.
