Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' functional abilities, mobility, and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes for residents.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding therapeutic interventions and strategies.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in (Insert State).
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
