Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Project Management:
- Maintain and manage the company-wide cross-functional campaign calendar, ensuring all teams are aligned and on schedule.
- Coordinate and facilitate promotional team meetings to track progress, address challenges, and keep campaigns on track.
- Manage campaign-related tasks and deadlines in Asana, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflows.
Email & SMS Campaign Execution:
- Build, test, and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and secure leadership approval before deployment.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Creative Support:
- Work closely with graphic designers to apply designs to email templates, website banners, and social media graphics.
- Assist in the final build and optimization of creative assets to ensure they meet campaign requirements and brand standards.
Copywriting:
- Draft clear, concise, and compelling campaign copy for email, SMS, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure messaging is aligned with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
