The Research Specialist will provide technical services and other related responsibilities within the WiCell Characterization Lab. This will include performing laboratory techniques, including but not limited to metaphase chromosome preparations, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), PCR, and culture of human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) lines and related cell lines.
Work is normally performed in a typical laboratory/office environment. Weekend work every 6-8 weeks on a rotation is required.
This is a full-time, onsite position located at 504 S. Rosa Road in Research Park on the west side of Madison.
