About the Role:
The Project Manager will serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring that project objectives align with organizational goals and contractual requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in project management/project coordination.
- 10 years of in-depth experience working with the United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL), specifically budgetary accounts (400 series), and reconciling data with SF-133 reports.
- Strong knowledge of FBMS, an SAP/Compusearch product.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial data reconciliation, and ad hoc reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Budget Execution and Reporting Tool (BERT) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Treasury’s SF-133 crosswalks.
- Familiarity with federal financial reporting requirements and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical and managerial liaison between the Contractor, Contracting Officer (CO), and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Facilitate government-contractor communications, provide status reports, and resolve procedural issues.
- Lead BERT-related training, user support, and create/maintain related documentation.
- Reconcile BERT data with systems of record such as FBMS (Financial and Business Management System) and SF-133 reports.
- Collaborate with government budget analysts to produce functional requirements for financial reports.
- Consult with management to align IT strategies with business goals.
- Analyze business requirements, recommend system solutions, and identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Support business process improvements tied to system changes.
- Assess and verify test plans, business scenarios, and testing effectiveness.
- Provide concise reports on project activities, risks, and progress.
- Anticipate potential project issues and proactively develop solutions.

Salary : $120,000 - $155,000
