Class A drivers with 12 months Class A driving experience with at least 2 months winter driving in the Northeast run JIT dry van freight
- Starting pay is $.67-.72CPM based on experience and if you have hazmat. Only 3% of freight is hazmat
- Much of freight is JIT so will run 60% at night – 80% drop and hook but all no touch
- Drivers will run Midwest, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, CT, RI and MA – there is no NY
- Full benefits start after 60 days and are some of the best around
- Trucks are International, Freightlingers or Cascadias and all have fridge, microwave, APU, inverter, flat screen tv and XM Radio. Average age is 18 months
- Great bonus program for clean inspections
- Can have a rider and dog with you from day one
- During home time driver can take the truck home with them

- Must have at least 9 months OTR or regional driving with at least 2 months driving in December, January or February – local driving will count
- No DOT Preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- No major moving vilations (personal or commercial) in the last 3 years
- No more than 1 preventable incident in the last three years
- No more than one non major speeding ticket in the last three years
- Can not have more than 6 jobs (including just attending orientation) in the last four years
- Can not have been fired for any reason in the last five years
