Responsibilities for driver / warehouse
• Complies with all OSHA regulations and requirements for warehouse
• Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
• Utilizes computerized inventory system
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and report those that are more complex to a higher level
• Maintain an adequate inventory of warehouse supplies
• Assures material discrepancies are handled in a timely manner
• Coordinating and communicating with production to assess the need for raw materials
• Assist with Warehouse duties to include machine and/or forklift operation,
housekeeping
• Assist with Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) duties in the afternoons
Qualifications for driver / warehouse
• Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required,
such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or
equipment, some of which may be heavy (50 pounds) or awkward
• Must have warehouse experience
• Valid commercial driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass government physical, drug, and alcohol tests
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook a plus
• Minimum of 5 years trade experience in manufacturing and/or
warehouse/distribution
Warehouse personnel answers to the Materials Director. This is a full-time position in a warehouse/ commercial kitchen setting where food products are stored and manufactured. Warehouse personnel is responsible for maintaining the warehouse, packaging coffee and coffee products, packing orders, and delivering to stores. This position also has a shipping/ receiving aspect, as well as inventory control, and other duties as assigned. Warehouse personnel are responsible for keeping work areas and the warehouse clean and hazard free. Safety must always be practiced in the warehouse and in proper food handling.

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- Texas Food Handlers Card
- Bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and standing for up to 4 hours at a time is necessary.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Reliable
- Prior Warehouse Experience
- Experience with SOS inventory system a plus
