What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Service Representative I position at Widget Financial?
The Personal Services Representative I assists members in person and over the phone. They are responsible for performing teller transactions and member service transactions related to savings, checking, credit cards, IRAs, and resolving problems in a timely manner. Must actively listen and cross-sell products and services to meet member's financial needs. Must be able act with good judgment, courtesy, tact, and patience.
