We’re looking for a Director of Safety who’s ready to lead company-wide safety with both vision and boots on the ground. You won’t be managing a team; you’ll be influencing an entire organization. From strategy sessions to job-site audits, you’ll set the tone for how safety is lived, not just enforced.
We Need Someone Who Is
- A strategic thinker with the drive to execute
- A hands-on leader who shows up where it counts
- A creative problem solver with practical solutions
- The voice of safety from field crews to the corporate level.
- Invested in people over process
- Lead safety strategy across 11 branches in FL, GA & NC
- Design and implement systems, training, and protocols
- Be a visible presence through jobsite audits and coaching
- Partner with leadership, field teams, insurance, and vendors
- Support workers’ comp, wellness, and continuous improvement
- Travel ~50%, based out of Sanford, FL HQ
- 2–5 years of safety leadership or corporate training experience
- Strong communication, follow-through, and independence
- Valid driver’s license & ability to travel
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- OSHA 500 & 501 certifications
- Construction industry experience
- Multi-site safety program experience
- CPR/First Aid or Fall Protection Instructor certifications
- Bachelor's in occupational safety
