This position collaborates with the sales, management, production, and dispatch teams from multiple locations throughout the entire sales process, including bidding, submittal, production, and delivery for a wide range of products.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and detail-orientated, emphasizing quality of work. The ideal candidate also has excellent customer service skills and can handle high-volume work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the customer’s experience throughout the sales process
- Maintain positive communication with customers regarding job status
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Sales & Management over multiple product lines
- Read plans and specifications for projects, both public and private
- Complete quotes, submittals, and process approved quotes
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Contact customers to obtain/report updated job status
- Coordinate with production for inventory needs
- Work closely with dispatch on deliveries
- Properly track and document activities
- File documents and provide in-house status updates
Qualifications:
- 2 years sales experience
- 2 years project management experience
- Construction, manufacturing, concrete, or precast experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar work experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Google programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in project management
- Demonstrated experience in workflow management and team collaboration
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Ability to read architectural, civil, and structural engineering plans.
- Bidding/Estimating experience is helpful but not required.
