We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to support daily operations for a family that is based in Sharon, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home environment, assisting with daily household tasks, and ensuring the overall comfort and well-being of the family. It is essential that qualified applicants have experience and comfort caring for dogs.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, day hours, 10-20 hours/week.
Compensation: $20-$25/hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other household areas.
- Wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and kitchen cleanup.
- Run errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning.
- Assist with childcare and/or transportation when necessary.
- Maintain household supplies and inventory.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the homeowner.
- Adhere to household rules and standards for cleanliness and organization.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
