Primary Responsibilities : Create a welcoming first impression as Wild Eggs' ambassador, greeting guests with warmth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Manage reservations and wait list
- Escort guests to their tables while considering server rotation and section assignments
- Track table status and coordinate with servers and bussers to ensure timely table turnover
- Answer phones professionally and address customer inquiries
- Maintain an organized host station
- Monitor dining room capacity and manage wait times effectively
