What are the responsibilities and job description for the Arcade Attendant position at Wild Fun Zone?
Responsibilities:
- Being an ambassador of fun!
- Engaging guests and assisting them in the arcade, and laser tag arenas
- Responsible for ticket reconciliation, merchandise redemption, and item restocking
- Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience
- Manage conflicts or difficult situations with guests in a professional and calm manner
Engaging guests and assisting them in the arcade, laser tag arena, and mini golf. Arcade Attendant responsible for providing an exciting, entertaining, and safe playing environment for all guests.
Please note that this position may require evening and weekend availability.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed
