Job Description
We are growing! I'm looking for the right individual who isn't afraid of challenges while remaining compassionate. We use evidence based medicine to provide the highest quality care to all. Phlebotomy training important. Certification is a plus. Must be able to learn while working. Previous EMR skills a plus.
Full time is considered 32 hours a week, working 4 -8 hours day a week. A PAID 30 minute lunch break for each day worked from open to close - you work 7.5 hours and get paid for 0.5 hour lunch. Paid six days sick time after probationary period. PTO maximum six days can be earned yearly. Six paid holidays paid on six pre-determined holidays each year. This is a total of 18 paid days off of 8 hours each each yearly for working 32 hours a week.
401K with 401K matching available after a 90 day probation. 401k matching basically is a pay raise.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Greet, escort and room patients
- Communicate well with patients of all cultures
- Take accurate vital signs on all patients
- Assist physician in procedures and educating patients
- Phlebotomy
- Document all care and messages in EMR
- Sterilization of equipment
- Good phone skills
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields is a plus
