Wildcat Trucking Inc. is currently searching for a full-time Operations Manager to join their team in Columbus, OH! Wildcat has been a FedEx Ground Contractor since 1989 servicing customers throughout Central Ohio by making pickups and deliveries. They strive for success through safety and professionalism.

  • Starting at $1250-$1700 / week
  • Paid Time Off

Schedule :

  • Monday through Friday
  • 10AM-7PM
  • Every other weekend

    • Qualifications :

  • CDL Class A license, preferably 1 year of experience on road
  • At least 1 year of logistics or transportation experience
  • Managerial experience (10-30 employees)
  • General knowledge of mechanics / maintenance of semis
  • Knowledge of FedEx Ground preferred
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to interact clearly and effectively

    • Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations / logistics
  • Route plan and ensure drivers are delivering to the secure location
  • Help support drivers while on road
  • Analyze and coach performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
