Salary Range: The range is $25-$31/hr depending on relevant experience

Requirements
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a regionally accredited two-year college or technical school; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years related experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience with OPWDD
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency using Excel; and Google sheets
- Ability to navigate new software
- Experience with database software, apple and google suite programs.

Who we are looking for:
A Compliance Specialist to plan and conduct activities concerned with the compliance of Wildwood Programs services and records
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs routine internal billing audits for Medicaid funded services.
- Administers program and fiscal audits as assigned by the Director, based on the established auditing schedule.
- Develops and uses audit tools to measure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinates internal program reviews including but not limited to regulatory audits, Corrective Action verifications, and other program-specific reviews.
- Conducts inspection and analysis of required documentation to assure adherence to program and regulatory compliance (e.g. Life Plans, Staff Action Plans).
- Identifies deficits, errors and breakdowns during compliance activities and recommends improvements to program administration and the Director.
Qualifications
Additional Requirements:
A valid NYS driver's license, daily access to a vehicle and driving record acceptable to the agency insurance carrier's standards are required.
