Preschool Teacher
Full Time and Part Time
Wiley Christian Preschool is designed for children between the ages of 2 1/2 and 5 years of age. Our daily program is planned to give each child a sense of self-worth and confidence as they develop new independent skills, self-direction and problem solving.

The Teacher at Wiley Christian Preschool is responsible for but not limited to:
- Working directly with the Preschool Administrator to assure proper continuity of care through planning, organizing, directing and implementing daily activities to meet the needs of each child.
- The health, safety and general welfare of each child within the program for their entire working shift.
- Maintaining good interpersonal relationships with all school staff, children and their families and visitors.
- Managing the classroom and all activities.
- Developing and executing daily lesson plans.
Qualifications
- An Associates or Bachelors degree in Education or Teaching is preferred.
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) certification helpful.
- Experience working with children preferably for 2 years.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate well with children, families, visitors, staff and volunteers
