Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; 1 hour lunch.
Position Summary: Wilks Brothers is currently looking for an Accounting Processor in Cisco, TX to produce accurate financial information through data collection, communication, accounts payable and receivable entry, reconciliation, and analysis. This role will be responsible for daily and monthly reporting to multiple entities.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and reconcile vendor statements.
- Create accounts receivable invoices and collect customer payments.
- Complete deposit operations and track daily electronic banking activity.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and credit cardholders.
- Maintain historical records through document scanning and filing.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Analyze data to ensure accurate and complete financial records.
- Assist with month-end close, collect data, and prepare schedules.
- Provide financial support to senior level accounting staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to read, speak and write English.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Accounting Processor or similar role with 1-2 years’ experience, and/or accounting coursework.
- QuickBooks Online strongly preferred.
- Participates in professional development activities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Sensitive to confidential information.
- Work independently and with a team.
