ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Deepen relationships within existing customer base.
- Update and understand CRM.
- Responsible for customer presentation development and delivery.
- Upselling and Cross-selling Willbanks’ solution and products portfolio within assigned accounts.
- Maintain a full understanding of Willbanks’ solution and product portfolio.
- Advance and execute sales action plans to further integrate existing accounts and that deliver profitable growth in the assigned accounts or markets according to the accepted business plan, with emphasis on achieving Willbanks’ revenue and margin targets.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing, effective Strategic Account Management program that provides management with measurable goals, strategies, and other pertinent information regarding assigned accounts.
- Keep close coordination with Sales Management and Operations.
- Provide feedback on market & competitive trends within assigned accounts and/or Market.
- Ensure timely follow-up of quotes & opportunities with customers, providing technical & commercial qualifications, as required.
- Represent Willbanks, Inc. at all trade shows, professional meetings and industry forums as deemed appropriate by Sales Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Industry Experience.
- 5 years of Sales experience.
- 2 years Industry specific or boiler/HVAC experience.
- Understand general mechanical concepts.
- Adept with CRM best practices.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Pro.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer Service Oriented, with ability to work well with others in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Great multi-tasker, highly organized & detail oriented.
- PTO Allotment of 120 hours / 3 weeks after 90 days of employment
