- Provide vision, strategy, and performance measurements for the area through business planning to maximize goal achievement for the team.
- Achieve goals with keen focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Engage company resource platform leads as needed to achieve goals.
- Be accountable and drive performance in all facets of the area including business development, estimating, project management, and operations.
- Understand area market trends and competitors, and develop relationships with subcontractors, vendors, agencies, private customers, and associations.
- Coordinate with preconstruction and project teams to identify and solve issues when they arise.
- Sponsor career development of direct reports by mentoring and coaching.
Requirements include:
- High School diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred).
- At least 10 years industry experience, with at least 5 years managing an area or overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Computer applications such as Microsoft and time reporting systems.
- Ability to travel as required.

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
