Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Change Management and Training Consultant to work within Change Management practice. This role will play a critical part in helping users prepare for and successfully adopt new systems and processes by developing change management strategies, crafting clear communications, and designing and delivering impactful training. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled facilitator who can translate complex changes into practical, people centered solutions that drive engagement and build confidence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to assess organizational impacts and develop change management strategies that support user adoption.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, resistance management, and readiness assessments.
- Facilitate stakeholder analysis and support the development and management of a Change Champion Network.
- Create and execute communication strategies that clearly explain the project vision, impacts, and benefits across all levels of the organization.
- Design and deliver end-user training strategies aligned to project milestones, stakeholder needs, and system functionality.
- Develop training materials in a variety of formats, including instructor-led presentations, eLearning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, and simulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and end-user training activities, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Monitor organizational readiness and training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback tools, and recommend adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 or more years of related work experience in Organizational Change Management
- 5 or more years of related work experience in designing and delivering training
- Practical knowledge and experience with Prosci methodology
Additional requirements:
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer
- Local in the Chicagoland area
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and relationship building skills
- Must have experience influencing stakeholders in written and oral communications
- Expertise in Change Management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with training platforms and eLearning development tools
- Proven experience designing and delivering training across multiple formats (instructor led, virtual, self-paced)
- Demonstrated ability to develop high quality training materials in various formats
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
