Inside Sales Follow-Up Team Job Description - Sales Coordinator

Overall Income 60,000-75,000 (non-exempt hourly commission)

Role Summary

The goal of a follow-up sales agent is to recapture business from customers that have already been quoted solutions by an outside sales representative or technician but have not made a purchase yet. This is an outbound phone sales role in the office.

What Will I Do?

  • Provide all clients with a 5-star experience
  • Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values
  • Perform consistent touch points with each lead (phone, text, email)
  • Assess why the customer did not purchase and troubleshoot their concerns
  • Close these jobs and coordinate with internal teams to schedule with the customer


Do I Have What It Takes?

  • A minimum of 1 year outbound phone sales experience
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficient written and computer skills
  • Proficient outbound phone skills
