Our organization is seeking highly motivated college graduates to be a part of our Early Career Professional Development Program. You’ll build breadth early in your IT career by rotating into three (3) twelve-month rotations throughout our enterprise and gaining exposure to many critical areas of Williams. Rotations are designed to develop business analyst, project management and technical experience and will be in Tulsa.

A Day in the Life:

As an IT Analyst I - Rotational, you will dive in with your team to learn all about how they support our business. Some of the work you will be doing includes:
  • Digitizing the business crafting mobile forms, workflows, and dashboards
  • Working directly with project leaders to help define the project's goals and objectives
  • Building and maintaining a project's budget and schedule, analyzing progress reported against the work schedules, and recommending actions to improve progress
Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Develops understanding of IT support in relation to our core business objectives
  • Develops internal client business requirements, supports IT projects across business functions and provides technical support for applications
  • Analyzes trends, compiles data into comprehensive reports and makes recommendations based on findings
  • Uses creativity and data to provide solutions that deliver value
  • Designs and implements information technology solutions that optimizes organizational efficiency
  • Collaborates across the organization to accomplish tasks and complete projects
  • Maintains focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
  • Develops understanding and use of policies, procedures and guidelines established by organization or governing agencies
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in MIS, CIS, Data Science or Computer Science, in your final year of studies
  • Required: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Ability to work in a team environment for a matrix organization, learn fast and achieve results
  • Self-starter with demonstrated aspiration, agility and competence
  • Demonstrated strong performance and leadership through prior internship, work experience and campus involvement
  • Ability to explain sophisticated, technical information in a simple, non-technical way
  • Curiosity and passion for business strategy and execution
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills; comfortable interacting with employees of all levels, vendors and customers
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and creative-thinking skills
  • Preferred: Demonstrates an intermediate-advanced level of using Microsoft Office Applications and programming specific language such as SQL, DAX, C#, Java, JSON and Angular
