Your Role:
As a FERC Regulatory Analyst Sr., you'll be a key player in ensuring our compliance with federal regulations. You'll leverage your analytical skills to gather and interpret complex data, preparing essential filings and reports for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Your ability to communicate regulatory requirements to diverse teams will be crucial to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare cost-of-service, cost allocation, and rate design data for FERC filings.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory matters.
- Assist in preparing annual filings and reports.
- Monitor FERC regulations, requirements, and industry trends.
- Mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in interstate pipeline work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with interstate regulatory area.
- Familiarity with cost-of-service and cost allocation methodologies.
- Experience interpreting and modifying tariff language and commercial contracts.
