- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on recreational vehicles (RVs)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential problems or areas of improvement
- Assemble and install various components and accessories, such as appliances, awnings, and slide-outs
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Provide tire services, including mounting, balancing, and repairs
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Assist with heavy lifting and maneuvering of RVs as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in RV repair required
- Knowledge of RV diagnostics and repair techniques
- Proven ability to work as a service technician in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with RV systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
