Duties
- Engage in sales activities by answering sales leads coming through our website
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging marketing campaigns to expand the customer base
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client retention
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients while maintaining professionalism and a customer-centric approach
Experience
- Knowledge of the nutraceutical space, food supplements and/or sport & fitness industry is a must!
- Experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster long-term relationships
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, perform product demos, and upsell solutions to diverse clients
- Experience in cold calling, inside sales, or direct sales roles preferred but not required
