Dining Room Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Server to join our team. Williston Place Independent Senior Living is conveniently located at Blair Park in Williston. We are a 55 community that serves one restaurant-quality meal per day for approximately 80 people in a lovely dining room setting. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that community members enjoy their meals in a welcoming and attentive atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet community members promptly and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborate with dining services team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of meals.
• Uphold fine dining etiquette and standards throughout the service experience, ensuring community member satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred, but are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during busy service periods.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with community members positively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the schedule.
