Willow Glen Care has locations throughout Northern California designed to serve multiple levels of care and behavioral health programming for adults and the elderly with mental illness. Willow Glen and its associated programs are designed to coordinate care with county mental health agencies to facilitate referrals, care and treatment, discharge planning and placement.
Our Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers specialize in structured supervision and care for adults with mental illness who are unable to maintain placement at lower levels of care. We provide a client driven, clinician supervised rehabilitation program model that will assist clients in identifying, practicing and implementing the skills necessary to reduce utilization of inpatient hospital days and provides a stable placement in a secure environment. The goal of our programs is to assist clients to stabilize and maintain their mental health condition, optimize their functioning, and return to a less restrictive level of care.
We are looking for nurses to add to our team at Sequoia Psychiatric Treatment Center in Yuba City who will create an energetic and positive environment for all our clients. We offer many opportunities for staff to shape and guide the program. Join us and grow with us!
Shifts open for on-call nurses (LPT or LVN):

What we're looking for:
- supervisory and/or mental health experience is a plus
- Ability to pass mandatory background screening, including federally compliant drug screening
- Clean driving record
- Current Covid-19 vaccination (including booster, if eligible) or approved exemption before beginning work
