Now Hiring for: 6am -6:30pm & 6pm-6:30am
Salary Range: $34 - $35
NewStart Bonus: $3000.00 To be paid at 25% at 90 days, 25% to paid at 180, and 50% at 1 year.

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:
- Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents;
- Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status;
- Medication administration;
- Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Must Have:
- LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
