Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of paying and receiving teller and personal banker
- Balance vault on a regular basis
- Perform teller capture duties
- Assist customers in use of online banking and mobile applications utilizing various electronic delivery channels
- Utilize sales and service strategies to retain existing relationships and enable growth of new relationships. Actively participates in follow-up strategies.
- Responsible for promotion of bank sales and customer onboarding process through CRM
- Stay abreast of changes/updates to bank products and policies ensuring the accuracy of information provided to customers
- Provide an extraordinary customer experience
- Resolve exceptions and ensure compliance with federal bank regulations and laws
- Adhere to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of retail banking experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to serve a heavy workflow of customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teammates
- Basic organization and time management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures, and systems
