Job Title : Scrub Tech Part Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrub Tech to join our team. As a Scrub Tech, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field, passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon, and anticipating the surgeon's needs.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field before and during surgical procedures
- Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures
- Anticipate the surgeon's needs and provide assistance as necessary
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation
- Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and needles used during procedures
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to infection control and patient safety
