What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumbing Superintendent - IMMEDIATE OPENING position at Wilson McLain Plumbing?
WILSON MCLAIN PLUMBING IS LOOKING FOR A PLUMBING SUPERINTENDENT FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL. WE NEED EXPERIENCED PLUMBERS WITH A GOOD DRIVING RECORD. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN THE North Western PART OF THE METROPLEX TO INCLUDE THE AREAS OF GRAHAM, CLYDE, EASTLAND, BRECKENRIDGE, AND ABELINE. MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SUPERINTENDENT.
YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A COMPANY TRUCK TO DRIVE FROM YOUR HOME TO THE JOB SITE. YOU WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED WITH A COMPANY PHONE.
MOST COMPANY BENEFITS BEGIN THE 1ST DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 60-DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.

Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are required.
- Valid plumbing license.
- Proven experience working as a plumbing superintendent.
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.

Work Environment:
- Work primarily in new homes.
