What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR COORDINATOR position at Wilson-McShane Corporation?
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will get the opportunity to assist with recruitment processes by posting open positions, reviewing internal/external resumes, conducting phone screens/interviews with viable candidates, maintaining file documentation relating to staffing and recruiting, and assisting with tracking goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle. You will also assist with processing hourly payroll and handling employee questions/concerns regarding their benefits, and maintaining current HR/Payroll files and databases. This role will provide experience with various tasks such as conducting HR, Payroll and Benefits audits, employment verifications, FMLA tracking, and coordinating appreciation events. Other duties and projects as assigned.
This role is an exempt position, with a compensation range of 53-57k. This role typically works within the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with the expectation of some travel to our other office locations (up to 15%) and work hours occasionally outside of the typical business hours as needed. A hybrid work schedule will be offered pending the completion of the initial training process. The hybrid schedule consists of three days in-office, and two days remote-work upon manager approval.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills is required.
- Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required.
- Experience with Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to other office locations.
Salary : $53,000 - $57,000
