Events Specialist We are currently seeking a Marketing Events Specialist with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to assist with the development, management, and execution of all private-label, third-party, and partnered events. Will work directly with the Events Manager and attorneys to showcase the firm’s expertise through a variety of networking, partnering, and client appreciation events. The candidate should have three to five years of experience in marketing events. Experience in the professional services field, technology industry, or related service industries is a plus. The responsibilities of this position may require occasional travel. Responsibilities: Execute conferences, focused seminars, firm-wide functions, and strategic partnerships Manage events hosted at firm facilities and work with the events team to target and develop new programs geared toward key audiences Assist with key internal activities for the firm, including firm-wide functions and targeted group activities Help manage and maintain client database Manage relationships with event vendors Work on special projects as needed, including business development and communications initiatives Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work effectively with partners, attorneys, and staff at all professional levels to implement marketing goals and objectives Ability to effectively interact with clients, outside service providers, and business and community leaders High degree of discretion and independent judgment Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research, Salesforce, and database skills Ability to execute both virtual and in-person programs We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
